Help Us Expand and Enhance Our Collection!
Consider Donating or Loaning Wartime Memorabilia, Military Uniforms, and Equipment

The Mid-South Military Museum, Inc. is seeking generous donations and loans of wartime memorabilia, personal items, militaria, and military equipment to help expand and enhance our current displays.  These historical items play an essential role in telling the story of our nation's military history, and your contribution will help make that story even more vivid and engaging. We also welcome the donation of military vehicles of any era to enhance our collection.

We are currently planning a major expansion of our museum and would greatly appreciate any items you can lend or donate.  Your collection could help us enrich our exhibits and provide future generations with a deeper, more personal connection to the past.

We Are Looking For:

  • Military Vehicles from non-operational or unrestored to operational or fully restored

    Uniforms
from various eras of military history
  • Military equipment (such as weapons, gear, and tools)
  • Personal items that soldiers took to the battlefield
  • Medals, awards, and decorations
  • Photographs, letters, and documents related to wartime experiences
  • Tactical gear, helmets, and other items of historical significance

Why Donate or Loan?

  • Your items will help preserve and share our country’s history with future generations.
  • Your donation or loan could directly enhance our museum’s expanding exhibits.
  • You’ll be part of a passionate community dedicated to preserving military history.
  • Donating or loaning helps our museum grow and provide more engaging, educational experiences for visitors.

Interested in Donating or Loaning?

Please contact us to learn more about how your collection can contribute to our mission.  For your convenience, you can download the applicable PDF form for either your donated or loaned items.  In compliance with IRS Code section 170 (f)(8), the Mid-South Military Museum, Inc. will provide a letter to serve as verification that you received no goods or services in connection with your tax-deductible donation.

Every piece of history matters, and we’d be honored to showcase yours in our upcoming exhibits.  Together, we can ensure that these important artifacts are preserved and remembered.

The Mid-South Military Museum, Inc. invites you to commemorate your service or honor the sacrifices of loved ones by purchasing a commemorative brick. These bricks will be thoughtfully installed around the flagpole near the museum's entrance, creating a lasting tribute that reflects our shared history and dedication.

As we cultivate our collection of commemorative bricks, we envision expanding this tribute to include pathways leading up to the museum, further enriching the visitor experience. Purchasing a brick is not only a meaningful way to remember personal or familial military service, but it also supports the museum's mission to preserve history and educate our community about the significant contributions made by our armed forces.

Each brick measures 4" x 8" and is crafted from durable red clay, featuring striking black lettering. We strive to accommodate your engraving requests, allowing for a maximum of three lines with 18 characters each. Your custom brick can reflect various sentiments, including your name, the name of a loved one, your business or organization, significant dates, branch of service, name of the conflict, or any other message you wish to convey.

Join us in honoring those who have served by leaving your mark at the Mid-South Military Museum, Inc. Your support and participation will help ensure that the stories of bravery and sacrifice are remembered for generations to come.
